Schick Hydro: #ShaveFromHome
The first 3 months of Covid was weeeeird.
With COVID19 forcing all non-essential businesses to close, barbers found themselves out-of-work and men found themselves in need of a shave. To help save barbershops (and guy’s faces), Schick Hydro partnered with local barbers and influencers to launch a series of virtual grooming tutorials called SFH: Shave From Home.
We transformed Schick Hydro’s Instagram page into a virtual barbershop, releasing daily grooming tutorials on IG Stories with proceeds going to the American Barbers Association. Thanks to local barbers, we provided guys with all the tips and tricks they needed to shave their #QuarantineBeards. We even got celeb hairstylist Kyle Krieger and country music star Chris Lane to join the cause.
In the end, we raised over $50,000 for barbershops across the country and helped put razors back in barbers and guys hands.
